The Role You will primarily provide Level 1/2 support and assist in the delivery of projects to a range of client's Microsoft environments. More specific duties are highlighted below: Support the M365 suite of products (AzureAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) Installation of networking devices on-site Support on-prem infrastructure solutions across the compute, network and storage layers Project assistance On offer is the opportunity to work in supportive environment with an emphasis on personal and career development. Due to the travel required as part of this role applicants will need their own vehicle and driver's licence. Mileage will be additionally compensated. Your Profile You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver first class customer service. In addition, you will have strong troubleshooting capabilities. Experience in a similar role would be preferred, along with technical knowledge including most of the following: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune) MS Azure Networking (VPN, firewalls, routing, switching) Windows Servers DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
