Opportunity
As a Personal Training Manager (PT Manager) at Goodlife Health Clubs you are responsible for the recruitment, mentoring & training of all club personal trainers. You will be a key driver in managing the team of PT's to excel and grow their client base to achieve the budgeted revenue targets. This will also include the implementation and management of national fitness projects within your club, financial administration tasks and working collaboratively with the club leadership team.
Key responsibilities
* Recruitment of trainers who fit the existing team
* Development of team members in practical skill sets and knowledge
* Educating the team on relevant business management practices for personal trainers
* Implementation and management of Goodlife's national fitness projects within the club
* Managing budgeted targets and financial administration tasks
* Collaborative management with the surrounding club management team
To be successful in this role you will need
* Qualification: Certificate IV in Fitness or above
* AUSactive / Fitrec registration
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates
* Working with Children check
* Minimum 2 years of industry‐related experience or managing a personal training business
* Accomplished personal trainer with a successful track record and client base
* Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team with excellent communication
* Confidence to proactively engage with Goodlife members and work autonomously
* Enthusiasm for health & fitness and a passion for helping others
