About the Opportunity
This is a rare, career‑building role where you'll combine administration, coordination and teamwork with real on‑the‑floor experience. You'll work closely with senior leaders, HR, and operations to keep our systems running smoothly and ensure every team member goes home safe every day.

* Coordinate training calendars, safety inspections, and internal audits.
* Support incident investigations and track corrective actions.
* Update and manage risk registers, licences, and competency databases.
* Assist with emergency preparedness and evacuation drills.
* Prepare reports and meeting documents for the Risk Committee.
* Maintain site safety visuals — signage, line‑marking, and hazard markings.
* Partner with colleagues across all departments to promote a proactive safety culture.
About You
* Proven administration or coordination experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial settings.
* Excellent organisation and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with a professional, positive attitude.
* Eager to learn, contribute, and develop leadership capability over time.
* Hands‑on and physically able to move comfortably around large site areas.
* Qualifications in WHS or Business Administration (desirable but not essential).
* Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office and WHSE systems (MEX, iAuditor, etc.).
