The Opportunity
Talenza is partnering with a well-established Australian institution undertaking the implementation of a new system to manage the logistical, administrative, and financial aspects of training.
Talenza are seeking a delivery-focused Change Manager to drive adoption and embed the new platform across the organisation.
The roadmap is defined and delivery is underway.
This role is about ensuring the business is ready, engaged and operationally aligned.
The Role
Working closely with the Program Team, HR, Risk and Technology teams, you will:
* Execute the change and engagement plan aligned to the system rollout
* Drive stakeholder engagement across People & Culture, Compliance and operational teams
* Conduct and refine business impact assessments
* Lead readiness and transition activities across impacted functions
* Support training deployment and user adoption initiatives
* Facilitate workshops and leadership alignment sessions
* Track adoption metrics and manage resistance
* Ensure compliance obligations linked to learning and certification are embedded
This is a hands‐on execution role requiring someone comfortable operating at enterprise scale.
You
* Experience implementing either a Training Management System, Learning Management System or Human Capital Management platform implementations
* Strong stakeholder engagement capability across HR, Risk and Technology
* Proven ability to drive adoption in complex, regulated environmentsStrong facilitation and communication skills
* Experience in education, not for profit or similar sectors advantageous but not a pre‐requisite
* Between $900 - $1,150 per day inclusive
