As their team continues to grow, they're seeking a Facilities Manager who wants to contribute meaningfully to building performance while enjoying a workplace built on trust, flexibility, and genuine support.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to take ownership of facilities maintenance contracts across a varied portfolio of clients and sites. You'll oversee statutory, preventative, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring each facility operates smoothly and in line with contractual requirements.

You'll work closely with contractors, internal engineers, tenants, and clients - balancing hands‑on coordination with stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, and day‑to‑day operational oversight.

You'll be joining a team that values autonomy and empowers its people to work in ways that suit their lives. Whether it's flexible hours, working from home when needed, or balancing family commitments, this consultancy is structured to support you both professionally and personally.

About You

You're a practical, solutions‑focused facilities or building services professional who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping buildings running at their best. You value a supportive team environment and thrive in workplaces where trust, balance, and collaboration are part of everyday life.

You'll also bring:

* Previous experience in facilities or building services maintenance, ideally supported by a relevant trade qualification
* Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) or a willingness to learn
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing action items
* Confidence liaising with contractors, clients, and internal teams
* Intermediate IT skills, ideally with Office 365 experience
* A down‑to‑earth, collaborative approach
