Leadership Role in Food Service
Casa Nova Italian's operations rely on a strong leader to oversee the food and beverage department across all venues. This position demands expertise in team management, menu development, supplier relationships, and venue performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Empower high-performing teams through effective leadership.
* Maintain consistency in quality of offerings.
* Develop service standards, SOPs, and training programs to improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with chefs to create seasonal menus that drive profitability.
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
* Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for improvement.
* Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional development of key staff members.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
* Plan and execute special events, seasonal promotions, and menu launches.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in senior hospitality leadership roles.
* Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and wine culture.
* Proven track record of leading teams and improving performance metrics.
* Experience managing budgets, P&L, stock, and rosters.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* High-level organizational and problem-solving abilities.
