Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Foreman & Leading Hand specializing in industrial concrete, based in North Brisbane and servicing the Sunshine Coast, QLD. The role involves overseeing construction projects, coordinating and supervising on-site work, and managing teams to ensure compliance with project timelines, quality, and safety standards. Other responsibilities include operating heavy machinery, assisting with carpentry and formwork, conducting maintenance tasks, and ensuring efficient project execution.
Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in leading and managing teams effectively and promoting workplace safety.Proficiency in operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment relevant to industrial concrete work and construction projects.Excellent Communication skills to facilitate teamwork and coordinate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.Experience in Carpentry, including formwork construction and finishing, specific to concrete projects.Knowledge of Maintenance practices to oversee and manage equipment and ensure the upkeep of tools and machinery.Proven ability to handle and execute tasks in an industrial or construction setting.Experience in tilt panel construction is an advantage.
