About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Services Manager to lead and oversee clinical operations across our surgical, rehabilitation, and medical services.
The role focuses on delivering safe, patient-centred care while driving hospital performance and profitability. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and achieving KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive inpatient occupancy and optimise workforce productivity
* Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams including nursing, allied health, and medical staff
* Ensure compliance with NSQHS standards and NSW Ministry of Health requirements
* Collaborate with the Corporate Executive and Senior Management to deliver strategic growth
* Support nursing teams in reviewing models of care and clinical pathways
* Manage labour hours and workforce planning to meet budget and efficiency targets
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in patient care delivery
Qualifications & Experience
* Current AHPRA registration with nursing qualifications
* At least 3 years prior experience as a Nurse Unit Manager or equivalent position
* Strong understanding of private health funding models and hospital operations
* Entrepreneurial, practical, and hands-on leadership style
* Track record of achieving growth and operational excellence
