We are looking for a licensed person to look after the rent roll of a Western Suburbs Complex working on REI Master. The complex has 99 units is the rental pool of 146 properties and the gardening is looked after by an onsite gardener.
Duties can be managed from your home and attending the complex on an as need basis.
You will be responsible for rental entry, payments of owner and contractor invoices, advertising on our system for new tenants, doing lease renewals, periodic inspections, organising any contractors and day to day emailing.
We will still deal with all Body Corporate and Owner inquiries and issues.
This is a contract position and remuneration can be discussed with interested parties. Flexible start date.
