Opportunity
This role is designed for a proven sales leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments and knows how to build, inspire, and hold teams accountable. You will lead a diverse and expanding sales organization, embedding sales and pre‑sales expertise across priority markets to execute a disciplined go‑to‑market strategy spanning five core industries and multiple product portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver sustained revenue growth and margin performance across priority markets
* Build, scale, and inspire a high‑performing hunter sales organization
* Lead net‑new enterprise acquisition with tier‑one, blue‑chip customers
* Define and execute a disciplined, cross‑portfolio go‑to‑market strategy
* Succeed in a matrixed, high‑autonomy environment with clear accountability
* Establish a performance‑driven culture across a geographically diverse region
* Deliver predictable forecasting and execution rigor at executive level
