This role is a critical part of the Engineering Team and is responsible for the design, development, integration, and testing of electronic systems and components.
The Electronics Engineer ensures that all electronic products meet performance specifications, comply with relevant standards, and are optimized for reliability and efficiency.
The position involves hands-on engineering work, technical analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electronic solutions for internal use and TES clients.

Task & responsibilities
Design and Development: Develop electronic circuits, systems, and components for new and existing products.
Create specifications and schematics for electronic assemblies.
Testing and Calibration: Conduct performance testing, calibration, and validation of electronic equipment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
Troubleshooting and Analysis: Diagnose faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Optimize electronic systems for reliability and efficiency.
System Integration: Integrate electronic systems with communication modules (e.g., GPRS) and ensure protocol compatibility.
Support connectivity and interoperability across multiple platforms.
Documentation and Compliance: Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and compliance records.
Maintain accurate engineering records in ERP systems and ensure adherence to TES standards.
Continuous Improvement: Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to electronic designs.
Contribute to innovation initiatives and product development strategies.
Qualification & experience
Formal qualifications associate or bachelor's degree or tertiary/trade qualification and familiar with electronics and electrical or mechanical engineering.
Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in production/manufacturing industrial applications.
