Position Title:
Accounts Officer / All-Rounder
Reports To:
Senior Manager / Operations Manager
Location:
Coffs Harbour, NSW
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including data entry and reconciliations.
* Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
* Support payroll processing and compliance reporting.
* Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger transactions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
* Provide customer and supplier support, handling queries professionally.
* Assist management with reporting, compliance, and documentation.
* Contribute to general office duties and provide support to operations as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience in accounts or administration (logistics/transport experience preferred but not essential).
* Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar).
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of accuracy, organisation, and time management.
* Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to assist across departments.
