Funding Officer
Funding Officer supports funded agencies and regional staff, delivers timely customer service, coordinates data and records, and processes funding and service agreements in line with program rules. The role is located in the Central Highlands Area, 0.6 FTE, fixed term to 30 June 2029.

About the Branch
The Early Childhood Improvement Branch implements key Early Childhood policy, initiatives, reforms, and strategies locally. The Branch supports providers and services in the area, including kindergarten programs and the suite of Early Childhood reforms such as Pre‐Prep, three‐year‐old kindergarten, and the Best Start, Best Life reforms. It also drives improvement in service delivery and outcomes for children across the sector.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and experience in various office systems and procedures, along with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities. They will build and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, work collaboratively within a team, and be able to work proactively and independently.
