Overview
As a Home Care Services Employee (Permanent part‐time 30 hours per fortnight & casual opportunities available) supporting clients in Albany and surrounding areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks including household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport.

* We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts.
* You'll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support you.
* You'll be provided with a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters and client care plans.

* Earn $31.13 - $34.59 plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time + $1.04/km mileage reimbursement. To help ease some of the pressure from rising fuel costs, employees who claim Vehicle/Travel (per km) reimbursement will receive a temporary increase of 5 cents per kilometre for all reimbursable journeys until May 2026, pending review.
Qualifications
* Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients.
* Strong communication skills with resilience and patience.
* Proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
