Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner required for end to end opportunity based South of the River
Further growth has created the opportunity for an additional, experienced talent acquisition partner to join this proactive team based South of the River.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of roles.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to establish job briefings, descriptions and raise requisitions
- Adopting suitable attraction strategies
- Prescreening and shortlisting
- Coaching and developing line management in the recruitment process
- Face to face interviewing
- Management of the offer process
- Supporting human resources with required onboarding documentation
- Effective management and development of the Applicant Tracking System
- Provision of required reports and analytics
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional who enjoys the challenge of working within a fast paced environment, owning a portfolio of diverse positions to recruit, and thrives within a team who all strive for high performance and customer delivery.
The opportunity will offer a salary of between $100-120K plus superannuation and is based within a corporate office, South of the River.
