Your new role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiter for the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process in bulk recruitment, from initial client engagement to the successful placement of candidates.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Managing job advertisements and screening applications
* Conducting interviews and onboarding new employees
* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the infrastructure, utilities, or mining sectors
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
