Overview
This is a role within the Australia Global Banking Payment Operations with responsibilities as follows:
- Drive payment operation projects in the region.
- Rollout and implement payments solutions within branch, identify any branch specific additions and requirements.
- Act as a local point of contact for payment operations.
- Execute and manage UAT, validating solutions and coordinating to resolve any issues.
- Manage defects and escalations for operations.
- Assist on management reporting and escalating issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Analyze and optimize payment operation process flows.
- Provide post implementation production support and act as SME to provide consultancy for payment operations regionally post deployment.
- Prepare operational readiness support to prepare for project implementation including training, updating of desktop procedures and tasks related to go live of the project.
