Field Research Officer at Roy Morgan
As a Field Research Officer at Roy Morgan, you will be working on one or many of our research projects, engaging with people from all walks of life in and around your community.
You will conduct fieldwork, interviewing participants on some of Australia's most important research projects, and undertake professional and accurate data collection, including observations and interviews, with neutrality.
Some administration is also required to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
We provide extensive training and support, and supply the necessary equipment to get your work done.
You will have the flexibility to work independently and manage your own workload.
Responsibilities
Work on one or many research projects at Roy Morgan.
Conduct professional and accurate data collection (observations and interviewing) of the public with neutrality.
Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
Engage with participants to explain research importance and benefits.
Use provided training, support, and equipment to perform fieldwork.
Qualifications / Requirements
Enjoy engaging with, and able to relate to, people from diverse backgrounds.
Professional, high level of integrity, and possess mature social skills.
Available to work 20+ hours per week or full-time, including weekdays and weekends.
Hold a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle.
Willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check, paid for by Roy Morgan.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Legal right to work in Australia.
