Are you passionate about empowering young people, building confidence, and creating environments where everyone feels safe, included, and inspired? About us: At TeamKids, we’re Australia’s leaders in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) – delivering before and after school programs and holiday adventures that children love! We’re all about fun, safety, and creating extraordinary moments every single day. Our values – Fun, Innovative, Involved, Remarkable, and Genuine – aren’t just words; they’re the heart of who we are and how we work. Alongside TeamKids, you’ll also be part of The Stand-Up Project (SUP) – a school-based, peer-led program that tackles bullying, harassment, and discrimination head-on. We empower student leaders, teachers, and parents to build more respectful, inclusive school communities. Together, we’re creating a movement that celebrates belonging, empathy, and action. About the role: We’re on the lookout for an engaging and passionate Facilitator to join our growing team. This unique role blends two meaningful opportunities into one – delivering The Stand-Up Project in schools and TeamKids training for OSHC educators. You’ll spend part of your time in schools, guiding student leaders to stand up against bullying and lead positive change. Then, you’ll switch gears to deliver fun, interactive online sessions that help TeamKids educators create safe and engaging environments for children. If you love variety, thrive on connection, and want to make a real impact – this is the role for you. What you’ll be doing: Facilitate engaging, interactive sessions for both students and adults. Build safe, inclusive learning spaces where everyone feels heard. Bring content to life through stories, discussion, and activities. Capture feedback and reflect on outcomes to keep sessions improving. Prepare confidently with provided guides, slides, and session plans. Adapt your facilitation style to suit different audiences. Communicate clearly and professionally with participants and stakeholders. Ideal candidate will have: Experience in teaching, OSHC, youth engagement, community work, or similar fields. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to connect with diverse groups – from Year 5 students to adult educators. Confidence to adapt your approach to suit different audiences. A genuine passion for empowering young people and fostering inclusion. A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
