About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take the reins of a well-maintained, mixed-use portfolio. This is a Monday to Friday role offering structure, support, and a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of a portfolio of approx. 70-80 mixed-use properties
* Oversee rent collection, outgoings, and arrears management
* Negotiate lease renewals and prepare associated documentation
* Conduct property inspections and prepare condition reports
* Prepare annual outgoing budgets and reconciliations
About You
* Minimum 12 months' experience in Commercial Property Management, Assistants encouraged to also apply
* Certificate of Registration
* Current driver's licence and own vehicle
* Well-presented, professional, and confident communicator
