Trappers Bakery of Goulburn
An opportunity exists to work in our busy, award winning Bakery. We are located in Goulburn NSW, approximately one hour from Canberra and two hours from Sydney. The bakery is open seven days a week and we offer takeaway and eat in facilities with seating for over 120 patrons.
The successful applicant will require: -
* The relevant Tertiary qualifications and have at least one year’s industry experience.
* You will be required to work a combination of early starts and weekends.
* To be reliable and punctual.
* We are looking for someone who is fit and hard working, as the position requires manual handling.
* A positive team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail and who can Maintain high-quality standards
* Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
The duties of the baker will be to:-
* Mix, bake, fill, ice and decorate all kinds of breads, cakes and pastries.
* You will be required to check the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
* Team work is important and you will need to discuss food preparation issues with managers and other staff members with the ability to work as part of a team of bakers to achieve daily production targets.
Salary will be negotiable based on qualifications and experience with a starting guide of $77,000.
The position is immediate start.
