Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
* Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support including document control, cross referencing forms, front desk/reception duties, meet and greet visitors, archiving hard copy documents, purchase orders, printing, scanning, filing paperwork, and general office administration duties.
* Key skills and qualifications include:
* Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
* Familiarity with Outlook Diaries
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* Great communication skills
* Ability to organise and prioritise daily tasks
* Strong work ethic
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Work authorisation required for Australia
* Work location: In person
