The MDC Client Services Officer plays a key role as the first point of contact for all clients, internal and external stakeholders, and visitors to the Shepparton Multidisciplinary Centre.
The successful applicant will support the business operations of GVCASA by providing high-quality reception services and assisting the Trauma Informed Services administration team at the Shepparton MDC.
About You:
* Administrative and customer service experience with skills in managing electronic databases and Microsoft applications.
* Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with an ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and members of the public.
* Able to work unsupervised and within a team environment with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Capacity to interact professionally with staff and clients and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
