Experience Project Manager position to support large scale construction project in the NT.

About the role
Reporting to the Site Project Manager, you will assist with coordination of site activities, subcontractors, and compliance requirements. You will be expected to support delivery while managing competing priorities, limited resources, and ongoing changes to planning and sequencing.
You will regularly deal with:
* Changing work plans and shifting site priorities
* Coordination issues between site teams and offshore support staff
* Procurement delays and material delivery challenges
* Operational constraints associated with remote construction
* Communication across multiple stakeholders with differing expectations
Key responsibilities and tasks
* Supporting project planning, organising schedules and managing budgets
* Assisting with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation, establish project plans to ensure all strategic goals are met
* Assess and interpret site plans, drawings and technical specifications and determine the appropriate construction methods to use.
* Monitoring site progress and responding to day‐to‐day issues
* Lead the coordination of subcontractors, site teams, materials and plant and equipment with varying availability
* Supporting QA/QC processes and contract compliance
* Assisting with procurement coordination and material tracking
* Addressing project risks, delays, and unforeseen issues as they arise
What you'll need
* Must have BA Civil Engineering
* Must have minimum of two years proven experience in project managing large‐scale construction or civil projects with a minimum contract value of $100 million
* Must have minimum four years proven experience of expert level use of Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Software
* Must have minimum two years proven experience of and qualifications in, aggregate testing, concrete strength testing, and concrete field testing
* Ability to work in a high‐pressure, changing environment
* Strong coordination and problem‐solving skills
* Effective communication skills across different teams and cultures
* Resilience and ability to manage ongoing challenges
Experience working in remote or logistically complex environments is highly beneficial.
