Role Overview:
This is a leadership position that requires the Medical Director to provide hands-on patient care and lead their team with purpose.
The role involves reviewing patients in emergency departments, collaborating with nursing staff and allied health professionals to coordinate care plans, participating in clinical governance activities, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
The Medical Director will also mentor junior doctors, liaise with external specialists, and refine medical rosters to ensure a culture of safety, excellence, and community-focused care.
