About the Role
As the Asset Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits and inspections across MSWA's facilities, assets, and fleet. You will play a critical role in ensuring our buildings, medical equipment, and operational infrastructure are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standard.
You'll be hands-on across a variety of systems, including electrical, hydraulic, fire, mechanical, and security, contributing to asset management, preventative maintenance, and capital works projects.

* Experience in facility or asset auditing and compliance
* Knowledge of Australian Building codes and safety regulations

Responsibilities
* Conduct building and asset condition audits across all MSWA sites.
* Assess compliance and functionality of infrastructure and specialist medical equipment.
* Maintain accurate asset records using our work management system.
* Develop audit tools, inspection schedules, and reporting templates.
* Evaluate contractor performance and ensure quality of completed work.
* Assist with the scope, planning, and supervision of maintenance and capital works projects.
* Support the upkeep of MSWA fleet assets, including inspections and reporting.
* Engage with internal departments to ensure facilities meet operational needs.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in engineering, building services, or facilities management (or equivalent experience)
* Experience using asset or maintenance management systems
* Valid WA Driver's Licence
* Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
