Contracts & Procurement Lead – Facilities Management Our client is seeking a senior leader to manage our Facilities Management contracts and procurement activities, ensuring the delivery of compliant, efficient, and value-for-money services across our property portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end procurement and contract management for major FM services. Oversee contractor performance, SLAs, KPIs, claims, variations, and payments. Develop procurement strategies, technical specifications, and tender processes. Ensure all contracts meet legislative, compliance, and audit standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Drive continuous improvement in systems, workflows, and reporting. About You: Extensive experience in contract administration and procurement within facilities or asset management. Proven ability to manage high-value, complex contracts and supplier relationships. Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, tendering, and risk management. Relevant qualifications in procurement, contract management, or facilities management.
