Lead Educator Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership position within our centre, working closely with the Centre Director and supporting a team of educators. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to mentor and develop their team, and live the Green Leaves Commitments in daily practice.
About the Role:
* To support and guide a team of educators in Centre Leadership role.
* To build a positive culture where Green Leaves Commitments are embedded.
* To use leadership skills to support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre.
* To mentor and develop the team around best practice.
Requirements:
* Achieve Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher qualification.
* A current SA Working with Children's Check.
* A valid HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR.
* Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator.
* A National Police Clearance.
* A Proda ID Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
