The role Your duties in this role will include but are not limited to: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Manage employee relations and performance processes Provide HR advice and ensure compliance with policies and legislation Analyse people data to inform decisions and improve practices Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and key stakeholders Contribute to broader HR strategies and initiatives About you Proven HR experience, particularly in performance management, engagement, and culture development, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse trends and support decision-making High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism Familiarity with HRIS and performance management systems (desirable) Passion for creating inclusive, engaging workplaces and continuous improvement Experience in the Community Services sector (desirable) Must hold relevant checks where required: Current Working with Children Check (as per state legislation) NDIS Worker Screening Check (for risk-assessed roles) Current and valid Driver's Licence (where driving is an inherent role requirement) What's on offer?
