Drive Sales Growth in Obesity and Metabolic Health
This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead the charge in driving sales growth and market share by promoting our portfolio of obesity and metabolic health solutions to key surgeons and clinical staff within the Perth Metro Area.
1. Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including procurement and healthcare professionals.
3. Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
4. Establish education on the company's products and/or services.
5. Conduct market research including customers and competitor activities.
6. Promote a 'win as a team' mentality and support colleagues and synergistic portfolios where possible.
7. Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or Business related discipline is essential.
2. Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a success track record in the medical devices industry.
3. Strong understanding of the Australia public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres.
4. Solid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff.
5. Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results.
