The right candidate will be responsible for executing the full responsibilities of a Butcher/Meat or Portion Cutter
* Precision cutting & portioning of meat
* Work in a clean, chilled environment
* Meet production targets with consistency
* Prepare retail displays & manage stock
* Supervise packing processes & ensure quality
* Follow HACCP & food safety protocols
Essential requirements:
* Cert III in Meat Processing (preferred but not essential)
* Reliable, self-motivated, and team-focused
* Full Australian work rights
* Strong knife skills & attention to detail
* Experience in butchery or meat processing
* Excellent ability to manage workflow efficiently
* Prior experience in similar role
