The role
As the national commercial leader and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will own the sales strategy and drive regional expansion. This role requires a relentless, high-energy professional who views achieving budget as the baseline rather than the finish line. You will champion an analytical, data-driven methodology to capture untapped market share, unlock new sectors, and instil a culture of continuous acceleration across the sales organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive national sales strategies with a focus on market share expansion, ensuring the sales function maintains momentum and acceleration after initial targets are met.
* Embed an analytical, data-driven culture across the commercial division, utilising advanced customer relationship management tools and project databases to track pipelines and map market trends.
* Identify and execute large-scale, non-traditional commercial opportunities, specifically driving strategic expansion into renewables through major distribution networks.
* Capitalise on macro-property trends by expanding existing commercial footprints in residential and commercial sectors into high-growth segments.
