About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will be part of a dynamic clinical team that includes psychologists, occupational therapists, behaviour support practitioners, and social workers. You'll work with clients of all ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds, delivering strengths-based, person-centred therapy that makes a meaningful impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing in-person speech therapy services across various community settings
* Supporting NDIS participants through tailored interventions
* Collaborating with families, educators, and allied health professionals
* Contributing to multidisciplinary planning and reporting
* Engaging in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
Key Requirements
* Degree in Speech Pathology
* Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* 1–5+ years' clinical experience preferred
* Strong interest in neurodiversity and family-centred care
* Experience working with both paediatric and adult populations
* Excellent communication and report writing skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Willingness to travel locally for service delivery
Pre-Employment Requirements
* Valid Driver's Licence and access to own vehicle
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
* National Police Check
