Purpose
To lead the strategic planning, development, and optimisation of Council's facilities and building assets, integrating long-term asset management, capital project planning, and a comprehensive planned/scheduled maintenance program. The role ensures that Council's facilities are safe, functional, sustainable, and aligned to community needs and Council's strategic objectives.

Details and Benefits
Position based in Roma, Qld
Permanent, Full-time Position – ***** hours per week
Maranoa Regional Council Certified Agreement **** – Stream A – Level 6 – 7
Maranoa Locality Allowance – $***** per fortnight
