We are seeking a Personal Carer Trainee to join our team in supporting residents in maintaining their independence through engaging interactions.
About the Role
This traineeship involves providing in-home personal care and assisting clients with daily activities in their homes. You will work closely with our clients, helping them maintain their dignity and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality in-home personal care services
* Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Support clients with their medication management
Requirements:
* Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Current driver's license
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
