Senior Hr Advisor is a critical operational role within an organization. Our team seeks an experienced and dedicated professional to fill this position as we work on diverse projects in the mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, including standards, ledgers, transoms, braces, platforms, guardrails, kick boards, and access points
* Ensuring all work adheres to Australian safety standards
* Working within a small, established scaffolding crew with defined responsibilities
* Building scaffolding structures to heights of 3-4 meters to provide safe access for service trades, including piping, electrical, and fibreglass installations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced / Intermediate Scaffolding Ticket (mandatory)
* Mine Site Experience (mandatory)
* Criminal History Check (mandatory)
* EWP Ticket (desired)
* Telehandler Ticket (desired)
* Dogman / Rigger Ticket (desired)
