About The Role And Where You Will Be Working
The role will require you to drive from one client to another. Your own car, driver's licence and confidence driving is a non-negotiable requirement.
We're committed to providing excellent and friendly domestic assistant services for our home care clients. This role will see you working closely with our Client Care Coordinators to support our ultimate endeavour - enable our clients to remain at home for as long as possible. Our team of Domestic Assistants is growing, and we'd love for you to come and join us. You'll work beside our clients to ensure they have a clean, safe and comfortable living environment at home.

We'll Also Be Asking You To
* Undertake domestic duties according to specific Care Plan requirements.
* Provide feedback to client care coordinators if you notice any client behaviour that might require a new assessment.
* Conduct yourself in a pleasant and professional manner.
* Make sure that each client is satisfied with services provided.
* Complete documentation as required.
* Attend and contribute to Support Worker and Domestic Assistant meetings.
About You
You have a connection with older people and enjoy delighting your customers with quality and friendly service. It's ok if you don\'t have formal aged care experience, but you should have a natural ability to respect client privacy and be able to understand and follow required processes and guidelines.
To Be Considered For This Role, You'll Need
* Experience assisting someone with domestic duties.
* Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with others.
* The ability to use mobile technology and apps with ease.
* A genuine desire to go above and beyond for our clients.
* Own reliable motor vehicle and valid WA driver's license.
* Driving confidence on Australian roads and during peak-hour as required.
