We're Hiring: Payables & Administration Officer

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payables & Administration Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and enjoys working with numbers while also supporting smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, processing, and reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely supplier payments.
* Provide monthly reporting and audits.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including office coordination, document management, all correspondence, excel registers and asset register.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
* Assist the Finance Manager with weekly payroll & reporting

About You

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, and administration.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
