What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage lease administration (new leases, renewals, variations)
* Track rent, outgoings, and arrears
* Invoice tenants and reconcile payments
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Maintain property files and compliance records
* Organise inspections and condition reports
* Handle tenant enquiries and issue resolution
* Support lease negotiations and documentation
* Monitor lease critical dates (options, expiries, reviews)
* Assist with financial reporting and owner statements
* Coordinate insurance and compliance requirements
* Update CRM/property management systems
