Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Control, and Warehouse departments. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive operational efficiency and scalability to support business growth.
* Strategy and Operational Excellence: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimise the supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations.
* Sourcing and Procurement: Oversee end-to-end sourcing and procurement for raw materials and finished goods, negotiating supplier terms, and leading compliance with regulatory requirements specifically Responsible Jewellery Council.
* Logistics, Warehousing and Quality Assurance: Manage inbound logistics, transportation and distribution, while overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring the QC team maintains rigorous standards across all materials and finished goods.
* Inventory Integrity: Lead company-wide inventory management processes, including stocktake planning and execution.
* Leadership and People Development: Provide hands-on leadership to department teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, QC, Warehouse), overseeing recruitment and professional development, and coaching direct reports to create meaningful succession plans.
