Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned educational leader to join our Secondary Leadership Team as the Director of Teaching and Learning (Years 7-12). This is a senior position responsible for leading and managing the Secondary Teaching and Learning program, inspiring staff and students to flourish professionally and academically.
The Role
This role involves facilitating quality practice in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting. The successful applicant will lead the academic organization, provide guidance, and ensure compliance in Years 7–12. They will work closely with the Head of Secondary Learning Community, Heads of Departments, and other College leaders to implement the strategic plan and direction.
