Asphalt Crew Member Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asphalt Crew Member to join our dynamic team based in Hume.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the asphalt paving crew with setup, operation, and maintenance of asphalt paving equipment
* E nsure safe and efficient placement of asphalt material on project sites
* Perform manual labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, and tamping asphalt
* Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
* Collaborate with construction crews to deliver quality asphalt paving work
Requirements
* Prior experience as an Asphalt Crew Member is preferred, but willing to provide training to the right candidate
* Familiarity with operating and maintaining asphalt paving equipment
* Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks
* Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
