Job Description & Responsibilities
We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexibility to suit you. As a Community Carer, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own home, with complex mental health needs, helping them live independently, stay connected to their community, and enjoy a better quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with daily living tasks to help maintain dignity and independence
2. Supporting with Mental health, managing safety and risk in the individuals own home.
3. Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respect
4. Preparing meals and supporting with medication, ensuring clients' health and well-being
5. Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, and social outings to keep them active and engaged
6. Offering companionship and emotional support, making a positive difference every day
What We Offer
7. Starting pay: £12.82 - £13.03 per hour
8. Plus: Holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, and mileage at 30p per mile
9. 28 days annual leave

Requirements
23. Previous care experience - we provide full training for the right candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.
24. You must be a driver with a valid driving licence, ideally with access to a car, though pool cars are available
25. Be able to work every other weekend
