Your Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the senior surveyor to ensure successful mine operations.
* Provide expert advice on geological matters.
* Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in mine surveying (diploma or higher).
* A current driver's license.
* Experience working in the mining industry (preferably with knowledge of Vulcan and Point Studio software packages).
* Hazard identification skills and a strong commitment to safety.
* Competent computer user with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Sound understanding of global positioning systems and total station use.
* Excellent communication skills with experience working across multiple departments.
