The Role
We're looking for a reliable, hands‑on Cellar Person to support beverage operations across Armidale Servies and Uralla Golf Club. This role suits someone organised, physically capable, and keen to work in a community focused hospitality environment.
You'll ensure our bars have what they need, when they need it — keeping products fresh, equipment running smoothly, and cellar spaces safe and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe cellar at both venues
* Set up and monitor keg, gas, and post‑mix systems
* Manage stock deliveries, rotation, and bar replenishment
* Support bar teams with timely stock distribution
* General maintenance
* Follow WHS standards and maintain back‑of‑house presentation
About You
* Experience in a cellar, hospitality, or back‑of‑house role (ideal but not essential)
* Physically capable of lifting kegs and moving stock
* Comfortable using computer systems (stock ordering, receipting, invoicing etc)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work well independently and in a team
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* RSA & RCG or willingness to obtain

This role works on a rotating roster.
The role is a full-time position, but part-time of minimum 25 hours per week may also be considered.
