Identity opportunities to build and develop business or customer relationships
**Sales Administration, including**: Inside Sales, Quoting Rates, Filing Rate Requests and Customer requirements through trade desk and Handling sales enquiries / communication.
Support the Business Development Manager generate required reports and sales information
Maintain and grow customers relationship
Support the agency strive to continuously improve client satisfaction and overall account performance (i.e. attained, retained, contained and lost)
Deliver a positive customer experience at all opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and liner requirements
Ongoing review of account activity to maintain an up to date account profile
Assist in the resolution and trouble shoot outstanding accounts
Generate accurate documentation with mínimal error rate, in compliance with company policies
Analyze market trends affecting the market, with targeted focus to developed new accounts
Taking responsibility on OBL receipt, printing, and release in BNE, working closely with CS team in SYD to ensure done correctly before handing over documents to clients/courier
Office administration support for BNE where needed
**Requirements**:
Experience in Business Development / Sales, experience in Logistics highly regarded
