Asset Portfolio Manager
to take ownership of a diverse energy portfolio in WA. This role is all about maximising asset performance, delivering strong financial outcomes, and advancing sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio Oversight:
Manage the end-to-end performance of embedded networks, solar, and battery systems across commercial properties.
* Commercial Leadership:
Oversee budgets, reporting, and forecasting to optimise returns.
* Stakeholder Partnerships:
Build strong relationships with property managers, tenants, utilities, and regulators to ensure smooth operations.
* Compliance & Sustainability:
Maintain regulatory standards and lead ESG-focused projects to meet environmental targets.
* Integration & Growth:
Support the rollout of new assets and renewable technologies into operational environments.
What You'll Bring
* Degree in business, finance, or property-related field.
* 8+ years' experience managing complex property or energy portfolios.
* Proven track record in P&L management and commercial negotiations.
* Knowledge of embedded networks, renewable energy assets (Solar & Battery - C&I scale), and ESG frameworks.
* Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
