We are seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to lead our Food & Beverage operations within a 4-star hotel environment. As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our dining and bar venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to service standards, and proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, and team development.
Key Duties
* Ensure business plans and budget requirements are met in accordance with specified time frames and standards.
* Liaise with other department managers to maximise resources and maintain standard operating procedures.
* Contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of Ayers Rock Resort with responsibility to support, develop and retain staff.
* Ensure effective staff management to meet daily operational requirements and financial budgets.
* Oversee budgeting and daily cost control, ensuring costs are minimised and profit generation is maximised.
You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role.
