Reporting to the Client Risk and Quality Director, the Client Risk and Quality Manager plays an important role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the organisation's clients and the delivery of client engagements. In this role, you will work closely with the risk team across the organisation as well as with external vendors, advisers, consultants, government agencies and other key external stakeholders. You will focus on assisting with developing and executing risk and quality programs and provide guidance materials, training programs and education resources to employees to enhance their understanding of client risks and associated compliance and quality standards.
To be considered for this role, you have significant risk and compliance expertise, ideally in professional services or consulting. You are pragmatic, analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to contribute to building and monitoring risk and compliance frameworks and work with senior executives and other professionals within an organisation to drive business improvement and ensure effective and efficient systems and processes to support quality client delivery. You are an exceptional communicator, and ideally have a tertiary qualification in risk or a related field.
