Condition Monitoring Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Condition Monitoring Specialist to undertake and manage comprehensive condition assessment programs for our critical water infrastructure across the Greater Brisbane region.
* This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with maintenance teams to deliver ongoing integrity and performance of our water assets through proactive condition monitoring and maintenance planning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Undertaking condition monitoring for water assets, recording results in computerised maintenance management systems and other relevant systems;
* Planning and coordinating condition assessments with supervisors to prioritise activities and ensure effective delivery;
* Coordinating the delivery of condition monitoring work packages and ensuring timely completion;
* Assisting with maintenance and shutdown planning to minimise downtime and maximise asset availability;
* Providing planning, reporting, and support to line managers on condition assessment outcomes and recommendations;
* Coordinating with contractors for condition monitoring activities and recommending improvements to methods and systems as needed;
* Communicating effectively with supervisors and escalating matters promptly to ensure seamless operations;
* Assisting with plant commissioning, operations, optimisation, and performance improvement initiatives.

What do you need to succeed?
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Condition Monitoring Experience: Proven experience in condition monitoring and maintenance planning for water assets or similar industries;
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant tools and technologies;
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with supervisors, stakeholders, and contractors.
